When a body moves, the solenoid receives a positive signal, which prompts it to open the valve and let water flow.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. INFRARED SENSOR<\/span><\/h3>\n

The sensor, a crucial component of an automatic toilet flush, functions like an eye to track the movement of items or persons. Its responsibility is to alert the valve to changes in the presence or movement of objects or persons so that it can begin or stop the flow. The sensor comprises two infrared LEDs: one emitting and one receiving infrared beam.<\/span><\/p>\n

The sensor eye is often positioned on the metal faceplate. Most plates are stainless steel, while some could use less expensive plastic.<\/span><\/p>\n

3. POWER SOURCE<\/span><\/h3>\n
