The winner will be announced at the end of the contest on Kohler’s official social media platforms.
The winner will be notified about the results via DM (Direct Messaging) from Kohler accounts.
Kohler will not be responsible for the use of the winner’s image. The brand will in no way be liable for the winner’s photo used for the winner's announcement post.
Kohler employees and their family members cannot take part in this contest.
Kohler’s decision on the content is final and binding concerning any dispute arising from this contest or any part thereof and is non-contestable. It has the sole right to select the winner. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
Kohler will send the giveaway, i.e., a Manchester United jersey, to the winner. However, it shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or theft caused to the prize(s) after it has been dispatched to the winners.
